Shipments and Returns
Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours on receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post with tracking or without depending on the method used and dropped-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by please contact us before ordering. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with updates on your order. *** Please be advised that multiples of different items effect shipping cost & our cart does it's best to give a estimate on price. If buying above 3 items contact us for a Shipping Quote***
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We recycle were we can & will use boxes from things we have received.
Delivery's
All delivered order's will be subject to a delivery fee of $5.00 that is non refundable. Pictures will be taken of where the package was left in the advent you are not home at time of delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages or damages from an act of god or mishap.
Returns
All returns are hassle free within the first 15 days as long as the product(s) have not been worn or opened or damaged in anyway. If your product is defective please let us know right away. You can then submit a RMA for return at your expense. Refunds will include shipping if that was the option you choose. Refunds will not be given to delivery charges.
